How to make crispy roasted cauliflower

2. Bring a large pot of water to a boil, add some salt, pour the cauliflower in and cook for 6 to 7 minutes until half cooked, drain and set aside

3. In another pot, add butter and flour, fry over low heat for 1-2 minutes until small bubbles appear evenly.

4. Slowly pour in the milk, stirring while pouring. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then simmer for 1-2 minutes

5. Keep stirring the sauce until smooth, add mustard sauce and 2/3 of the cheese, mix well and turn off the heat. Taste the sauce at this point and add salt and black pepper to taste

6. Add the cooked cauliflower and mix well

7. Transfer to a baking bowl of suitable size and preheat the oven to 200 degrees

8. Mix the remaining cheese with bread crumbs, chopped parsley and some freshly ground black pepper.

9. Sprinkle the mixed bread cheese crumbs evenly on the milk cauliflower

10. Wrap in tin foil and bake in 200 degree oven for 18-20 minutes

11. Remove the tin foil and continue to bake for 10 minutes until the surface is golden and crispy.
