3. Add scallion, ginger, cooking wine, salt, soy sauce and black pepper to the chicken and mix well. Marinate for 1 hour.

4. Take a bowl and add water, oyster sauce, sugar, cooking wine and honey, mix well to make teriyaki sauce.

5. Slice the potatoes and carrots.

6. Add a small amount of oil to the pan, fry the potato slices until both sides are golden brown, and blanch the carrots.

8. Fry until one side is crusted, then turn over and fry the other side.

9. Pour in the teriyaki sauce. Bring to a boil and simmer over low heat. Simmer until the sauce thickens.

10. Let the cooked teriyaki chicken legs cool down a little before cutting them into sections.

11. Shape the rice into rice balls.

12. Place the rice balls, chicken, potato slices and blanched carrots in a Lock & Lock lunch box and add some decoration.
