How to cook shredded pork with oyster sauce and kelp

The word "laziness" has ruined the lives of countless people. Because of laziness, you will pile up clothes and then put them in the washing machine to wash them together; because of laziness, there are never fresh fruits and vegetables in your refrigerator because you never cook for yourself. In order to break this bad habit, you need to follow me and learn how to make shredded pork with oyster sauce and kelp.

1. Prepare kelp and pork.

2.12 Cut the kelp into inch-long pieces.

3.21 Cut the pork into shreds (freeze it for easier cutting).

4.1 Chop the onion, ginger and garlic into fine pieces.

5.2 Cut the green and red peppers into shreds.

6. Put the kelp into the pot and cook until it is soft, then remove it and set aside.

7. Heat the pan with cold oil, add the shredded pork, ginger, garlic and onion and stir-fry until fragrant.

8. Add oyster sauce after it changes color.

9. Stir-fry and add about 150 grams of boiling water.

10. Add kelp and green and red pepper shreds and stir-fry.

11. Stir-fry over high heat until the sauce is reduced, add pepper powder and stir well, finally drizzle in a little vinegar and serve.
