What are the methods of preparing dried shrimp in bags?

Dried shrimp is a kind of food that is made by processing fresh shrimp in a certain way and then drying them. It is generally sold in the market and the price is not very high. Under normal circumstances, most people like to buy fresh shrimps and eat them right after purchase, while buying dried shrimps is usually used for gift-giving. Dried shrimps on the market are sold in bulk and in bags. The latter are of higher quality and more expensive. So, what are the methods of preparing dried shrimp in bags?

1. Spicy Braised Dried Prawns

Ingredients: Dried prawns, celery sticks, dried chilies

1. Rinse the dried shrimps under the tap and drain the water;

2. Use kitchen scissors to cut the dried chili into sections and cut the celery stalks into sections;

3. Heat oil in a pan, turn down the heat, add dried chilies and slowly stir-fry until they are fragrant and spicy, remove the chilies and set aside;

4. Fry the dried shrimps in spicy oil for a while, spray a little water and simmer for a while, add a little salt according to taste, spray water again after the water dries up, and simmer again;

5. Add the celery and stir-fry, add the fried chili, add a little chicken essence and mix well.

Tips: 1. When frying dried chili peppers, use a very low heat so that the spicy flavor is released slowly. If the oil temperature is too high, the chili peppers will easily become mushy.

2. Dried shrimps have little water, so you must spray them with water. Don’t spray too much at one time. Spray them twice so that the shrimp meat can be easily flavored.

2. Fried Dried Shrimp Vermicelli

Ingredients: vermicelli, dried shrimp, cabbage, pork

Ingredients: lard, soy sauce, cooking wine

1. Soak the vermicelli in warm water for ten minutes until softened.

2. Slice the pork and marinate with light soy sauce for ten minutes.

3. Peel the dried shrimps and wash them.

4. Cut half a cabbage into thin strips.

5. Pour lard into a hot pan, stir-fry the meat slices for 3 minutes, then pour the dried shrimps into the pan, add a spoonful of cooking wine and stir-fry for about 2 minutes.

6. Pour the vermicelli into the pot, add 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, and stir-fry evenly with chopsticks for about 3 minutes. You can add appropriate amount of warm water into the pot.

7. Finally, add the cabbage and stir-fry for about 2 minutes.

3. Dried Shrimp, Scallop and Radish Soup

Ingredients: dried shrimp, scallops, radish, salt, MSG, chopped green onion, cooking wine

practice:

1. Wash the dried shrimps and scallops and soak them.

2. Cut the radish into pieces.

3. Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry radish.

4. Then add the dried shrimps and scallops and stir-fry together.

5. Add water, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat until the soup turns milky white.

6. Sprinkle salt, chopped green onion and MSG.
