1. Chop the pork into minced meat, add ginger paste, salt, soy sauce, egg white, and chopped green onion.

2. Stir in the right direction until the glue forms. During the stirring process, add appropriate amount of water in batches as needed.

3. Add fried white sesame seeds to the meat filling

4. Mix well to make wonton filling

5. Take a piece of wonton wrapper and put a portion of meat filling in the middle

7. Fold the watered side upwards and press it down slightly.

11. Boil a pot of water, put in wontons, add a bowl of cold water after boiling, open the lid after boiling again
