14. Add fresh soup or boiling water, salt, cooking wine, ginger slices and sugar and simmer on medium heat for 10 minutes and turn off the heat.

15. Put a clean pot on fire, add a small amount of vegetable oil and heat it up, add the chopped garlic and fry until it turns golden brown, then turn off the heat.

16. Open the lid of the casserole, add coriander and MSG, pour minced garlic and oil on it and serve!
