4. Put the mooncakes in a baking tray, preheat the oven, bake at 200 degrees in the middle layer for 5 minutes, and brush with egg yolk water after taking them out;

5. Then turn the temperature to 150 degrees and bake for 15 minutes. Take it out, seal it and leave it for two days to recover the oil.

Ingredients preparation

Appropriate amount of flour, 3 egg yolks, 48 ​​grams of syrup, 180 grams of bean paste, 2 grams of water, and 12 ml of oil.

1. Take oil, add syrup and water and mix well;

2. Then add flour and mix well, cover with plastic wrap, and put in the refrigerator for half an hour;

3. Divide the egg yolk into two halves, about 6 grams each; divide the red bean paste into 30 grams each; and divide the dough into 15 grams each;
