1. Add two small spoons of Angel yeast powder to two bowls of flour. Pour the yeast powder directly into the flour, add cold water and start kneading the dough. Don't make the dough too hard. After kneading, start to let it rise.

2. Buy the meat, wash it, chop it into minced meat (it tastes better if you chop the meat yourself), chop the ginger and green onion, add oyster sauce, chicken essence, five-spice powder, cooking wine, oil, seafood soy sauce, and salt, start mixing and marinating.

3. Knead the fermented dough, cut it into small pieces, and roll it into pancakes.

4. Roll the dough into a thin layer, apply some oil on it, add the mixed meat filling, and spread it evenly on the dough.

5. After spreading evenly, fold it up.

6. Put oil in the pan, put the pancake in when the oil is hot, apply oil on both sides, and fry the pancake until both sides are golden brown.

7. When both sides are golden brown, you can remove from the pan and cut into small pieces.
