Thai Green Mango Chicken Recipe

6. Add a little salt to the green mango pieces and marinate for 2 minutes. Wash them, drain and pour into a bowl.

7. Mix half a teaspoon of salt, two tablespoons of sugar, three tablespoons of white vinegar and 200 ml of water, pour in the green mango pieces, and marinate for more than 2 hours.

8. Dice the chicken breast, add a little salt, pepper, shredded green onion and ginger, cooking wine, and marinate for 10 minutes

9. Add water to the pot and bring it to a boil. Break up the diced chicken and put it into the pot. When the water in the pot boils again, immediately remove the diced chicken and set aside. Discard the shredded green onion and ginger.

10. Finally, mix the diced chicken and mango, add olive oil, fish sauce, pepper, ginger juice, a little sugar, white vinegar, salt, mint, mix well, add chili according to your taste, and then serve.
