How to make fried dumplings with egg

As the National Day holiday is approaching, you must be very excited. You must have already thought about where to go for fun. What to eat? Although there are many delicious foods outside, the hygiene is very worrying. Instead of doing that, you might as well do it yourself. Well, now I will teach you how to make fried dumplings with eggs.

1.12 Sift the flour and put it into a bowl. Pour boiling water into it and stir the flour into large flour with chopsticks.

2.21 Add some cold water and knead into a dough of moderate hardness for about 30 minutes

3.1 Pour a small amount of oil into the frying pan and cover the bottom

4.2 Prepare a filling you like and adjust it according to your own taste

5. First make a round dumpling by putting two dumplings together

6. Place in the middle of the frying pan

7. Place the remaining dumplings in a round shape into the frying pan.

8. Fry over low heat until the bottom is formed, pour in enough water to cover half of the dumplings, cover the pot, and fry until the water is dry.

9. Two eggs (my pot is big, so I beat 3 eggs and used a little more than 2 and a half) add a little salt, stir and set aside

10. Pour the beaten egg liquid along the edge of the pan, slowly swirl it evenly, sprinkle some chopped green onions and black sesame seeds for decoration (after doing it twice, I found that it will be easier to take out later if the egg liquid is poured thicker)

11. When frying, be sure not to overcook the fire to avoid burning the bottom

12. When the egg liquid is fully cooked, sprinkle with red pepper (I used frozen dried strawberry pieces) for decoration and serve.
