What desserts can be made with coconut milk?

1. Ice cream

Ingredients: 400ml coconut milk, 320ml light cream, 100g granulated sugar.

Method: 1. Pour all the ingredients into the pot, heat over medium heat while stirring until boiling, keep heating for 10 minutes to allow the water to evaporate.

2. After removing from heat, let it cool naturally and then put it into the freezer.

    4. Coconut Sugar

    Ingredients: 200ml coconut milk, 30g condensed milk, 65g fine sugar, 70g maltose, 1g salt.

    Method: 1. Weigh all the ingredients and heat them in a non-stick pan over medium-low heat, stirring while heating.

  1. Boil until the sugar liquid becomes noticeably thicker (almost paste-like), the spatula does not retract when scraped, and the lines do not disappear within a few seconds when the sugar liquid is dripped. Then turn off the heat.

    3. Quickly pour the boiled sugar liquid into a non-stick mold, smooth the surface, and let it cool until the surface is warm before cutting the sugar into any shape.
