6 dried mushrooms, some shallots

Seasoning: salad oil, 2 pieces of rock sugar, 1 spoon of light soy sauce, 1 spoon of dark soy sauce, Huadiao wine, five-spice powder

How to prepare the mushroom stew for Laowan noodles

1. Make scallion and ginger water: cut scallions into sections, slice ginger, and soak in clean water for more than 30 minutes

2. Pour water into the pot and bring to a boil, add the mushrooms and blanch for 3 minutes

3. Take out the blanched mushrooms and drain the water

4. Heat the oil in the original pot until it is 80% hot, then pour in the onion and ginger water.

5. Pour in mushrooms and cook for 1 minute

6. Pour in chicken broth

7. Add soy sauce

8. Add fine salt according to personal taste

9. Add a little white sugar

10. Add MSG, stir fry evenly, and cook on low heat for 15 minutes

11. Pour sesame oil in and serve.

12. Pour water into the pot and bring to a boil. Add the rapeseed and blanch for 2 minutes. When the mushrooms cool down a little, you can put them on a plate.
