7. Then flatten the dough with your hands, and use a rolling pin to roll it into a round shape. I rolled it into an oval shape, but it doesn’t matter what shape you like. When rolling, try to make it thinner so that it will be more filling and taste better (once again, please forgive me for not having time and not letting the dough rest)

8. Put a proper amount of oil in the pan, turn to low heat after the oil is hot, put in the pancakes, and fry them slowly over low heat (I put lard, and the pancakes baked with lard taste better)

9. Remember to flip it over when baking. This is the first time you flip it over. You can actually bake it for a while and then flip it over, but you may not have time.

10. Turn it over and fry it for a while, then turn it over again, and keep frying it slowly over low heat.

11. Turn off the heat when the pancake is cooked through and golden brown
