How to make Sichuan style wonton

4. Peel the meat and chop it into minced meat.

6. Take a larger container, put in the minced meat, minced ginger, cracked eggs, 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, and 1 tablespoon of sesame oil.

7. Stir in one direction.

8. Add three tablespoons of water in three times and stir vigorously in one direction. Let it sit for a quarter of an hour.

9. Add chopped pickled mustard tuber and chopped green onion.

10. Stir evenly in one direction.

11. Pour into a bowl and set aside.

12. Prepare wonton wrappers.

13. Prepare half a bowl of water and chopsticks.

14. Put the filling on a corner of the wonton wrapper.

15. Fold it.

16. Fold a second time.

17. Dip the chopsticks in some water and apply the water to the area where the chopsticks are pointing.

18. Fold the two corners in half and it’s done.

19. Wrapped wonton.

20. Boil water in a pot and add a little salt.

21. Add wonton (30 pieces) and cook.

22. Take a larger bowl and add a little sesame oil, pepper oil (or pepper powder), chili oil, vinegar, chicken essence, pepper powder, light soy sauce, and a little dark soy sauce.

23. After the wontons are boiled, add half a bowl of cold water. Add water three times after it boils three times. The wontons will then float up and are cooked.

24. Serve in a bowl and sprinkle with coriander. Mix with a spoon and eat immediately.
