Take out the heated shrimp soup, add seaweed, stir well, and then put it in the microwave for half a minute. 3. After taking it out, add vinegar and sesame oil to season. ③Mushroom and meat soup: 200g pork, 200g mushrooms, appropriate amount of peanut oil, 1 spoon of fine salt, 1 spoon of cornstarch, 1 spoon of cooking wine, appropriate amount of onion, ginger and garlic. Slice the meat, add salt, cornstarch and cooking wine and marinate for a while. Add water, shredded ginger and oil to the pot, and add the washed mushrooms after the water boils. Cook for two minutes and add the meat slices. When serving, sprinkle with chopped green onions. ④ Hawthorn and lean meat soup: 20g dried hawthorn, 150g lean meat, 50g Chinese cabbage, 10g ginger, 10g vegetable oil, 5g salt. 1. Cut the lean meat into small pieces and blanch it with boiling water. 2. Pour appropriate amount of clean water into the pot, add the blanched lean meat, hawthorn, candied dates, a small piece of ginger and appropriate amount of salt, bring to a boil and then simmer for 2 hours on low heat. Finally, sprinkle with appropriate amount of salt. ⑤Soybean and Pork Rib Soup 100g soybeans, 250g pork ribs, appropriate amount of fine salt 1. Cut the ribs into small pieces and blanch them in boiling water; 2. Pour appropriate amount of clean water into the pot, add the ribs, soybeans, 1 small piece of ginger and a little salt, bring to a boil and then simmer for 2 hours; finally sprinkle appropriate amount of salt to taste. ⑥Chicken soup with mushrooms 500g chicken, 12-15 mushrooms 1. Chop 12 chickens (about 500g) into pieces, blanch to remove blood, pick up and wash for later use; soak 12-15 mushrooms until soft, wash, drain and remove the stems, then cut in half; 2. Put the washed chicken pieces into a stew pot, add appropriate amount of water and seasonings such as green onion, ginger, cooking wine, etc., cover the pot and simmer for 40 minutes. After 40 minutes, add mushrooms and appropriate amount of salt, continue to simmer for 20 minutes, add MSG and it is ready to eat. ⑦ Tomato and Pork Liver Soup: 250g pork liver, 25g shrimp, 40g mushrooms, 1 egg, 150g tomato, and appropriate amounts of rice wine, scallion, ginger, pepper and salt. Cut off the fascia of the pork liver, wash it, cut it into cubes, add wine, ginger juice, egg liquid, salt and pepper, and beat it into a paste. Steam over high heat for 10-15 minutes until it becomes a paste. Add shrimps and rice wine to water and boil for 5 minutes, then pour in mushrooms, diced tomatoes and liver paste, boil again and season. ⑧Cauliflower and lettuce soup: cauliflower, lettuce and chicken breast. Wash the cauliflower and break it into small pieces. Remove the stems and yellow leaves of the lettuce, wash it and cut the leaves into small pieces. Slice the lettuce stems, wash the chicken breast, cut into thin slices, mix evenly with water starch and cooking wine, put the pot on the fire, boil the water, add the minced ginger and chicken, boil, pour in the lettuce and cauliflower and cook for 3 minutes, season with salt and chicken essence, and sprinkle with sesame oil. |
