How to make crispy puffs

1. Beat the eggs

8. Put it in the oven and bake at 200 degrees until the surface cracks (about 8 minutes). Change the heat to 200 degrees and bake until the surface changes color (about 18 minutes). Bake in the oven until cooled naturally. (The oven cannot be opened during the whole process, and it cannot be taken out in advance, otherwise it will collapse)
