1. Put the high-gluten flour into a mixing bowl, then add fine sugar and salt in turn, mix well, then add dry yeast and mix well, then add the mixture of milk and honey

2. Stir until the gluten expands, add softened butter and mix well.

3. Then mix the butter and dough at a low speed until they are integrated, and then mix at a high speed until the completion stage, and a large film can be pulled out.

4.Put it in a bowl and cover it with plastic wrap. Ferment at room temperature at 30 degrees for about 1.5 hours

5. The fermented dough has a significantly larger volume and does not bounce back when a hole is poked

6. Divide into 7 portions, about 47g each, about 330g in total, cover with plastic wrap and relax for 20 minutes

7. Roll out a piece of dough into a long and thin shape, with the bottom side of the dough thinner.

8. Roll them up one by one, close the top, put them into the toast mold, cover with plastic wrap, and let them rise at room temperature for 2 hours in summer.

9. When it is 80% to 90% full, cover the lid and let it rise for about 15 to 20 minutes. Then don't move the lid~ Preheat the oven, middle and lower layer, I baked at 175 degrees for about 35 minutes to get the color shown in the picture
