3. Add various ingredients to the flour, mix evenly and knead into a smooth dough. Cover with plastic wrap and let it rise for half an hour.

4. During the process of the dough rising, you cannot be idle. Make the pastry. Put a small half bowl of fried flour in a bowl. Pour oil into the hot pot and heat it to 60% to 70% hot. Pour the fried half bowl of flour into it, stir evenly and set aside.

5. This is the finished puff pastry.

6. After half an hour, the dough will have risen. Use a rolling pin to roll it into a thin slice about one centimeter thick. 7. After spreading the three seasonings evenly, roll it up from one side and cut it into pieces about seven centimeters long. Then pick up a stem and pinch the two ends together, fold it in half, and press down like a bun to form a pancake.

8. Put the rolled pancakes into the electric baking pan and start baking.

9. Fry until both sides are golden brown.

10. When both sides are golden brown, take out the bread and place it on a piece of kitchen absorbent paper to absorb moisture. This will make it crispier.

11. After absorbing the moisture, cut it into the shape you want and then serve it on a plate and enjoy. Wow! It’s crispy and refreshing when you take a bite, so crispy that it’s crumbs fall off, and your mouth is full of fragrance. Friends, let’s get started and make it.
