1.1Put the dough after the middle fermentation on the chopping board and roll it into a thin rectangular sheet. Spread a layer of red bean paste on the thin dough. Leave 2-3cm of the edge of one of the long sides unpainted.

2.2 According to the general bread making method, knead the bread ingredients into dough until it reaches the expansion stage where a thin film can be pulled out. After fermenting at about 28 degrees for 1 hour (fermented to 2.5 times its size), exhaust the air, divide it into 3 portions, roll it into balls, and ferment it for 15 minutes. (I use a bread machine to ferment the dough and take out the dough)

3.12 Roll up along the side with the red bean paste. Roll until there is no bean paste filling.

6. Use the same method to brush with blueberry jam and roll it into a blueberry filling.

7. Place the shaped dough in the oven, put a plate of steaming hot water in the oven, and close the oven door for final fermentation. Let the dough double in size, about 40 minutes to an hour.

8. After the dough has been fermented, brush a layer of egg liquid on the surface.

9. Put it in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 12-15 minutes, until the surface is golden brown.

10. Cut into pieces and eat!
