2.2 Prepare materials. Put the yeast into 170ml of warm water and stir to dissolve.

Take out the fermented dough, place it on a panel, dip your hands in the dissolved soda water and knead it into the fermented dough a little bit at a time. After kneading until the surface is smooth, cover the dough and let it rise again until it doubles in size.

4.2 Knead it into a smooth dough with your hands and let it rise in a warm place until it doubles in size.

5. Brush a thin layer of oil on the panel, take out the dough that has been fermented again, knead it evenly, relax it for a while, and roll it into a rectangular dough sheet about 0.5 cm thick.

6. Cut into 2cm wide strips.

7. Overlap two noodles, press them in the middle with chopsticks, then pinch both ends of the noodles to stretch them slightly and let them sit for a while.

8. Put oil in a wok, heat it over high heat, put in the fried dough sticks, and stir constantly with chopsticks.

9. When the surface of the dough sticks turns golden brown, remove them from the oil and drain.
