Danish bread roll crispy sausage recipe

9. Use the same method to fold it into four pieces twice more, and then flatten it into a thin slice.

10. Cut the dough into thin strips, with the width slightly shorter than the length of the crispy sausage.

11. Wrap the crispy sausages with dough and place them on the baking tray, keeping a certain distance between them.

12. Brush the surface with egg liquid, preheat the oven to 200 degrees, middle layer, and bake for 15-20 minutes.
