How to make pickled cabbage and minced meat

1. Prepare the sauerkraut and wash it several times with clean water

2. Chop the lean meat into minced meat

3. Pour appropriate amount of soy sauce into the minced meat, add appropriate amount of cornstarch and salt to marinate

4. Cut the dried red pepper into circles

5. Cut ginger into small pieces

6. Peel the garlic and cut into small pieces
