9. Add a few spoonfuls of fried glutinous rice flour. The ratio of sesame, walnut powder and glutinous rice flour is about 5:2.

10. Add sugar according to your preference and stir well.

11. Add a few spoons of peanut oil (or other cooking oil). The ratio of sesame walnut powder to cooking oil is also 5:2.

12. Stir well and set aside.

13. Take a small piece of dough and stretch it out. Because the dough for making bread has strong ductility, it can be stretched out and is not easy to break. Use a rolling pin to roll it into a round shape.

14. Add the mixed sesame and walnut powder, the more the better, and press it down with a spoon.

15. Pinch and wrap the wrinkled side down, flatten it and put it in a frying pan. I made 8 pieces and used two frying pans. Let the flattened dough ferment until it is twice as large, then turn on the fire and start frying. After one minute on high heat, immediately reduce to the lowest heat and fry each side for 8 minutes.
