Steam the loofah for a few minutes

Luffa is a relatively common food. Many people eat it and love it very much. In addition, there are many ways to cook luffa. You can choose the specific method according to your preferences. For example, steamed luffa is a very simple dish, but it tastes quite delicious. Therefore, the most important thing is to control the heat and time when steaming luffa.

Ingredients: 2 loofahs, 1 tablespoon of chopped green onion, a small bundle of vermicelli (about 50 grams), 100 grams of chopped pepper, 1 teaspoon of cooking wine, 1 teaspoon of oyster sauce, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil

process:

1. Soak the vermicelli in cold water in advance and set aside. Peel the loofah and cut it into dices. Soak them in cold water to prevent oxidation and blackening.

2 Pour oil into the pan, heat it to 50-60%, stir-fry shrimp, chopped green onion and chopped chili until fragrant, then add cooking wine, oyster sauce and sugar, stir-fry evenly, turn off the heat and set aside;

3. Place the soaked vermicelli on a plate, top with the loofah pieces, and then place the fried chopped peppers on top;

4Steam in boiling water for about 10 minutes.

Remark:

1. Soak the loofah in water after cutting to prevent it from oxidizing and changing color in the air;

2 The amount of chopped pepper can be increased or decreased according to personal taste. If there is little chopped pepper, add appropriate amount of salt when frying, otherwise the dish will be too bland.

1. Peel the loofah, wash it, cut it in half from the middle and cut it into strips for later use

2. Remove from heat. Heat Yishutang sesame oil, add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, add loofah and stir-fry

3. Stir-fry until the loofah core is completely soft, add salt to taste and serve.

Tips

For those who want to better fight against aging and whiten their skin, it is recommended that after cutting the loofah, soak it in water first to prevent it from changing color, and then blanch it with Yishutang sesame oil to better preserve the vitamins in the loofah and achieve twice the result with half the effort. Hemp oil contains a large amount of vitamin E which delays aging. It originates from Bama, the world's longevity village, and is the daily cooking oil for local centenarians. It is locally called "longevity hemp" or "immortal oil." [1]

Loofah (2 pieces), ginger (1 small piece), wolfberry (1 tablespoon)

seasoning:

Oil (3 tablespoons), Salt (2 tablespoons), Chicken Broth (1/2 tablespoon), Cooking Wine (1/3 tablespoon), Sesame Oil (1/3 tablespoon)

step

1. Remove the head and tail of the loofah, peel off the skin and cut into sections; peel the ginger and cut into thin strips; soak the wolfberries in clean water until soft.

2. Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a pan, sprinkle in 1/3 tablespoon of salt, sauté the shredded ginger, then pour in the wolfberries and stir well.

3. Pour in the loofah, stir-fry with shredded ginger and wolfberry, then sprinkle in 3 tablespoons of water and stir-fry until slightly soft.

4. Add 1/5 tablespoon of salt, 1/2 tablespoon of chicken powder and 1/3 tablespoon of cooking wine and stir-fry until well-flavored.

5. Drizzle with 1/3 tablespoon of sesame oil and serve.

Tips

1. Since loofah is relatively cold in nature, stir-frying it with shredded ginger and wolfberry can not only neutralize the coldness of the loofah, but also make the finished dish not too cold. Eating too much will not cause diarrhea.

2. It is not difficult to cook stir-fried loofah, but the heat must be controlled well. After the loofah is slightly soft at the edges, add seasonings and stir-fry until it is well-flavored, then remove from the pan immediately. Otherwise, the loofah will be overcooked, and it will release water, become soft and yellow.

3. Although loofah is a vegetable with extremely high medicinal and nutritional value, it is cold in nature and sweet in taste. Eating too much can cause slippery bowel diarrhea. People with long-term illness, weak spleen and stomach, and indigestion should eat less.
