Method: 1. Wash the tofu and cut it into small cubes. When cutting the tofu, you can cut from the back to the front. You can press it down with your hands while cutting so that the tofu will not always stick to the knife.

2. For large prawns, only take the shrimp meat and use a knife to cut open the back of the prawn to remove the shrimp thread. This way, the prawns will be more like shrimp balls.

4. Now you can cook the soup without using a drop of oil. Put the broth or water into the pot and boil it. Then add tofu and shrimp and cook until done. Add peas and corn kernels and continue cooking. Add salt, soy sauce, cooking wine, and white pepper powder and mix well. Pour in water starch to thicken. Then pour in the beaten egg liquid along the edge of the pot. After the egg flowers appear, drizzle in sesame oil and sprinkle with chopped coriander.

5. The amount of water starch added can be adjusted at will. If you like it to be thicker, add more. When pouring the egg liquid, pour it along the edge of the pot, and stir it after the egg liquid solidifies. This way the egg flower will be beautiful.
