21. Each time you brush the sauce on the ribs, you can turn the ribs over and bake them alternately. That is, after brushing the sauce on them for the first time, they should be baked on the front side, and then when you take them out and brush the sauce on them for the second time, you should turn them over and bake them. Remember to bake it thoroughly for about 10 minutes when you brush the sauce on it for the last time because the sauce contains blood when marinating the ribs.
