2. Divide the dough into 60g balls and let them rest for 20 minutes.

3. Wrap the dough with red bean paste

4. Put it in a paper cup, set the oven temperature to 30℃, spray some water in the oven, and ferment for about 50 minutes.

5. Fill the fermentation paper cup 80% full and squeeze a circle of Mexican

6. Squeeze another layer of chocolate sauce on the surface

7. Bake at 200°C for about 15 minutes
