1. Put all the ingredients except butter into the dough barrel and knead the dough completely. Add butter again.

4. Cut it horizontally with a knife, and then cut it vertically several times into square pieces.

5. Put each square dough piece into the bread bucket in an irregular pattern.

6. When the dough has fermented 2-2.5 times in size, start baking for 35-40 minutes.
