10. Put the cake in the lower middle layer of the oven, turn on the upper and lower fire, and bake for about 55 minutes. When it is finished baking, gently tap the surface of the cake with your hand. If there is no rustling sound, it is ready.

11. Take it out immediately after baking, turn it upside down on the baking net to cool and remove it from the mold
