8. Beat the egg whites until they are self-hard. Beat until the whisk has small hooks. Turn the mixing bowl upside down so that the egg whites do not move.

9. Add the prepared egg yolk liquid into the whipped egg whites.

10. Stir evenly from bottom to top.

11. Pour it into the mold and stir it a few times to make big bubbles come out.

12. Preheat the oven to 180℃ for 20 minutes, in the middle layer of the oven.

13. You can eat it after removing the membrane.
