Orange roll cake recipe

Many modern people spend their days in a hurry, have irregular meals and almost always eat out. On the surface it may seem like a hassle-free experience, but from a health perspective it is a very bad habit. Caring for your health starts with diet. 1.1 Mix egg yolks, granulated sugar and salt first, then add salad oil, orange juice, sifted low flour and baking powder and mix well to make egg yolk batter. Stir egg whites and tartar powder until foamy. Add granulated sugar in batches and beat until wet and dry foamy to make egg white batter. Mix 3 and 4 to make cake batter.

2.2 Wash the oranges, cut into thin slices, put into sugar water (mix 120g fine sugar and 250g water) and cook until thoroughly cooked, then take out and drain the water for later use

3. Line the baking tray with paper, evenly place the orange slices from step 1, then pour the cake batter into it and smooth it out, put it in the oven, 190 degrees/20 minutes (I used 150 degrees for 20 minutes, depending on my oven)

4. Take out the baked cake and turn it upside down on the baking paper. Tear off the bottom baking paper, put the side with orange slices down, spread cream sauce (or jam) on the other side, make a few cuts on the surface (be careful not to cut it), then use a rolling pin to roll it up with the baking paper, let it cool and cut into sections
