How to make pork belly and cabbage

1. Wash and cut the cabbage and set aside

2. Chop garlic, green onions, red pepper and celery and set aside

3. Boil the water in the pot and cook the pork belly for 5 minutes.

4. Slice the cooked pork belly thinly for later use

5. Put a proper amount of oil in a clean pot and put the cut pork belly into the pot and stir-fry until the oil comes out.

6. Place the pork belly that has been well-oiled on a plate for later use.

7. Pour garlic and green onions into the pot and sauté until fragrant

8. Add the cabbage and stir-fry over high heat

9. Sprinkle appropriate amount of water and continue to stir-fry until the cabbage softens, add appropriate amount of salt, MSG, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, and add pork belly and red pepper and continue to stir-fry

10. When the sauce is almost reduced, add the celery and stir fry before serving.
