1. Wash and cut the vegetables. I was afraid the corn was not cooked, so I boiled it for a while and then rinsed it with cold water.

2. Remove the bones from the chicken legs, but forgot to take a picture of the chicken meat. The chicken legs were coated with dry starch.

3. Melt the butter in a hot pan, then add the chicken thighs and fry until the surface is slightly yellow. It smells so good! Then add the ginger slices and onions and stir-fry for a few times. Add potatoes, carrots, mushrooms and corn and stir-fry for a while. Merry Christmas to everyone

6. Serve it. I forgot that I put a few black fungus in it at the end. This way the color is complete
