1. Mix all the bread dough ingredients, knead into a smooth dough, and let it sit for about 60 minutes for the first fermentation. After the first fermentation is completed, gently press out the air inside the dough, knead it into a round shape again, and divide it into 6 small portions.

2.Take a small portion of dough, roll it into an oval shape and place a small portion of custard filling in the center.

3. Fold it up as shown in the picture and wrap it into a semicircular bread.

4. Make small cuts on the edge of the bread dough as shown.

5. After everything is done, allow about 30 minutes for the second fermentation.

6. After the second fermentation is completed, brush a layer of egg yolk water.

7. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake for about 15 minutes.

8. Take out immediately after baking and let cool.
