Grapefruit peel, wine, and honey. Method: Wash the grapefruit peel, cut it into slices and soak it in wine overnight. Boil it until it is soft, mix it with honey, and swallow it from time to time. 4. Bring light salt water to a boil and add the grapefruit peels. After boiling, remove them immediately and place them in cold water for later use. Remove the grapefruit peel and squeeze out the moisture.

5. Pour clean water into the pot, preferably a non-stick pot (about the same amount of water as the water extracted from the pomelo peel), add an appropriate amount of rock sugar, with the ratio of 1:1 to the pomelo peel. If you don't like it to be too sweet, then use 1:0.8 or 1:0.5.
