3. Pour a little water into the cooking box, add a steaming curtain, and spread a layer of kelp shreds; place the hairtail on the kelp shreds and arrange them neatly; pour the marinated ingredients in the second step evenly on the hairtail; cover the box, put it in the microwave, and heat it at 300W for 12 minutes.
