How to make sizzling Tuscan steak

1. Cut the beef tenderloin into thin slices (I cut it into 3 slices), tap it slightly with the back of a knife, and marinate it overnight in Tuscan steak marinade mixed with a little water.

2. Except eggs and onions, cut all the ingredients into small pieces and blanch them in hot water until 90% cooked.

3. Heat the pan and add olive oil and a piece of butter to melt.

4. Add the steak and fry until 50% done (because it needs to be put on the heated iron plate, so I didn’t fry it for too long, it’s probably about 70% to 80% done)

5. While frying the steak, put an iron plate on another stove and preheat it on low heat. Then add some olive oil, place broccoli, mushrooms and carrots around it, sprinkle with onions, and beat in eggs.

6. Turn on medium heat, put the steak on, sprinkle some freshly ground black pepper (or you can pour some sauce on it according to your taste)
