10-minute homemade hot and sour soup

4.2 Pour in 500 ml of a box of bone broth (quick method). If you don’t have it, you can use water instead.

5. Then add about 6 grams of rice vinegar.

6. Pour in water starch to thicken, stir constantly with a spoon, observe the consistency, if it is not thick enough, add some more starch.

7. Pour in the egg liquid immediately and stir evenly with chopsticks to form beautiful egg filaments.

8. Cook over high heat for 10 seconds, then sprinkle with pepper, sesame oil, a spoonful of light soy sauce, and green onions.
