How to make Anhui style fried vermicelli

6. Add dark soy sauce and stir fry, then add celery and continue to stir fry, the action should be quick and agile

7. Add red pepper, scallion leaves and shredded meat, stir-fry, add soy sauce and sugar and mix well.
