1. Wash the cabbage and cut off the stem.

2. Blanch. Reserve 3 slices and cut the rest into strips.

3. Cut the onion into shreds and fry in olive oil until transparent.

4.Cut the pumpkin into small pieces and add it to stir-fry.

5. Heat the clams in the microwave for 2 minutes.

6. Add the chopped cabbage, stir-fry slightly, pour in the broth and cook for about 10 minutes.

7. Beat into pulp. Return to the pot, heat through, and season with salt.

8. Wash the shrimps and remove the black line on the back. Cut scallops in half.

9. Marinate with lemon juice, salt and coarse pepper.

10. Take a piece of plastic wrap, place the cabbage slices on it, and then place the shrimp, scallops and clams on top.

11. Wrap the cabbage and tighten the plastic wrap. Heat in the microwave for 3 minutes. Make seafood buns.

12. Place the seafood buns in a bowl, pour in the cooked cabbage soup, and top with cherry tomatoes and celery.
