1. Wash the chicken breast, slice it into two large pieces, tap it lightly with the back of a knife a few times, put oyster sauce, light soy sauce, salt and pepper in a bowl, put the chicken in and marinate it.

2. Beat the eggs into a bowl and stir them into egg liquid. Put the bread crumbs and flour into the plates separately.

3. Dip the marinated chicken breast in starch first, then in egg liquid, and finally in breadcrumbs.

4. Pour oil into the pan and heat it. When the oil temperature is about right, put the chicken fillets in and fry them until both sides are golden brown.

5. Finally, cut the chicken fillet with scissors or a knife, sprinkle with pepper or ketchup and you can eat it.
