5. Roll the relaxed dough into a ball again and place it on a baking tray in a warm place for final fermentation.

6. When it has fermented to twice its original size, brush the surface with egg liquid, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and place in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for 20 minutes.
