How to make red wine beef brisket

7. Pour the boiling red wine sauce into the casserole with beef brisket, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for two hours

8. After two hours, when the beef brisket becomes soft, add appropriate amount of salt to season.

9. Serve
