When beating the eggs, add an appropriate amount of sugar according to your taste. If you like sweets, you can add a little more.

Prepare an appropriate amount of cake flour. If you want it to taste better, you can sift it first. Sift the cake flour into the beaten eggs in batches, stirring evenly while sifting. Wait until the eggs and cake flour become a batter. Brush a layer of oil in the rice cooker, then pour the prepared batter in, press the cooking button, and wait until it jumps and is basically done. 1. Beat the egg whites with 3 chopsticks. It won’t take long before foam is produced (to highlight the sweetness, you can add a little salt). Add a spoonful of sugar and keep beating. 2. Then add two spoons of sugar, 3 spoons of flour, and 6 spoons of milk into the egg yolks, mix them together, and set aside.

4. Stir evenly and pour in the other half of the creamy egg white and stir well.

5. Press the cooking button on the rice cooker to preheat for 1 minute and take it out. When the pot is a little hot, pour a little oil and spread it evenly in the pot to prevent it from sticking.

6. Pour in the mixed ingredients, then shake the pot a few times to shake out the bubbles.

7. Press the cooking button and it will automatically switch to the keep warm setting after 2 minutes.

8. At this time, just cover the vent with a towel, let it simmer for 20 minutes, then press the cooking button, and it will be ready after 20 minutes.
