How to make millet flour steamed bread

The ingredients used in restaurants may not be healthy, after all, it costs more money. However, this is not the case with homemade dishes. We can choose some healthy and nutritious ingredients. Millet steamed buns are very simple to make and are a very common dish on many family tables.

1. Mix millet flour and soybean flour in a 1:1 ratio.

2. Add soda to cold water to make a dough of moderate hardness. Add water immediately, do not add too much at once. Mix the flour into crumbs and knead them together until they are almost done.

3. Divide the dough into even pieces. Hold the dough with your left hand and help your right hand turn it. Press the middle of the squeezer with your right thumb. Press the steamed bread skin thinly while turning it. When the thickness and size are uniform, you can put it directly into the pot.

4. You can cook while loading the pot, or you can load the pot with cold water

5. Cook on high heat for 25 minutes, then turn off the heat.

6. Remove from the pan and serve
