How to make honey pork belly

1. Prepare Materials

2. Put water in the pot, add a few slices of ginger and pork belly and boil

3. Cook until done, remove from the water, clean and set aside

4. Add appropriate amount of water to the seasoning packet and set aside (I just made one bowl)

5. Add 1 tablespoon of oil to the pan and sauté the ginger slices

6. Add the pork belly and stir fry until fragrant

7. Stir-fry until the skin turns white

8. Add cooking wine and light soy sauce!

9. After the meat is fully colored, add the seasoning water, ginger slices and star anise, bring to a boil and simmer on low heat for about 40 minutes

10. Mix the starch with appropriate amount of water

11. When the juice is almost cooked, add water starch

12. Continue to cook until the sauce thickens and then you can remove from the heat.

13. Take it off the heat! (After finishing it, I realized I forgot to buy onions)
