1. Wash a lotus root and scrape off the skin.

2. Grate with a grater.

3. Chop with a knife.

4. Add the minced pork filling.

6. Add an egg, appropriate amount of salt and a little sugar.

7. Stir well.

8. Take a piece of stuffing and roll it into a ball with your hands.
