How to make delicious beef cubes

Beef is now very common in the market and is loved by urban people. It is also very expensive and has become the second largest meat food for Chinese people. At the same time, beef consumption has become the main body of meat consumption in many developed Western countries. As for how to eat beef, beef cubes are a relatively common way. So what are the common ways to cook beef cubes, and how can they be cooked to make them delicious?

Method 1: Grilled beef cubes with teriyaki sauce

Ingredients: beef, sugar, mirin, soy sauce, cornstarch.

process:

1. First prepare the teriyaki sauce by mixing sugar, mirin and soy sauce in a ratio of 1:3:5. Then add 1 spoon of cornstarch and mix well. Next, cut the "Carrefour Selected Angus Beef Shank" into long strips and marinate with teriyaki sauce for about 5 minutes. At the same time, preheat the oven.

2. After the oven is preheated, put the beef strips into the oven and bake until both sides are cooked through.

Method 2: Tomato beef cubes

Ingredients: 200g beef (lean),

Accessories: 100g tomatoes,

Seasoning: 15g sesame oil, 5g green onion, 5g ginger, 2g star anise, 5g salt, 15g sugar, 5g cornstarch

process:

1. Cut the beef into rectangles with a length of 5 cm and a width of 3 cm;

2. Wash the tomatoes and cut into small pieces;

3. Pour some oil into a spoon and fry the aniseed until it turns red;

4. Put the scallion and ginger into the pot, add the broth and salt, then put the beef in and simmer for 5 minutes;

5. Remove the onion, ginger and star anise, then add the tomatoes and sugar and simmer for a while;

6. Add some starch to thicken the dish and turn it over and serve.

Method 3: Stewed Beef

Ingredients: 800g beef (hind leg),

Accessories: 75g onion (white skin), 25g celery, 120g carrot,

Seasoning: 100g vegetable oil, 50g butter, 8g bay leaves, 5g pepper, 10g brandy, 75g tomato sauce, 5g salt, 4g pepper

process:

1. Wash the beef, cut it into pieces, apply salt and pepper and marinate for a while;

2. Wash and cut onions and carrots into pieces;

3. Wash and cut celery into sections;

4. Heat the pan and pour in 50 grams of cooking oil. When the oil is 50% hot, add the beef cubes and fry until they are browned.

5. Add bay leaves, peppercorns and beef broth into a stew pot and simmer until half cooked;

6. Heat the pan and pour in 50 grams of cooking oil. When the oil is 50% hot, add the carrots and fry until golden brown. Set aside.

7. Fry the onions in the remaining oil until golden brown, add tomato sauce and fry until the oil turns red;

8. Pour the beef into the pot that has been stewed until it is 50% done, and then simmer it over low heat until it is 80% done. Add carrots and celery and stew together.

9. Add salt and brandy to taste and serve.

Method 4: Spicy beef jerky

Ingredients: 400g beef,

Seasoning: about 10 grams of green onion (scallion), a small piece of ginger, 10-15 dried chilies, 8 grams of peppercorns (adjust according to your preference for numbing), 1 teaspoon of cooking wine, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 11/2 teaspoons of sugar, a little pepper, 2 teaspoons of sesame oil, 300 grams of salad oil (for frying jerky), white sesame seeds

process:

1. Cut the beef into slightly thick slices, and mix with salt, cooking wine, sugar and pepper to make it taste good. Slice the ginger, cut the scallion into sections, and cut the dried chili into small pieces for later use.

2. Add oil to the pan and heat it until it is 60% hot, that is, you can clearly feel the heat when you put your hand above the oil. Put the meat slices in, stir them with chopsticks, and fry them over medium heat until the surface turns deep red.

3. Leave some oil in the pot, heat it up, add ginger slices and scallion and stir-fry until fragrant, then pour in peppercorns and dried chilies and stir-fry until spicy. Then pour in the fried meat slices, stir-fry evenly, sprinkle with white sesame seeds, drizzle with sesame oil, mix well and serve.

Tips :

1. When frying the meat slices, you must control the heat well and the oil temperature should not be too high.

2. If you like spicy food and want the dried meat to be more red in color, you can drizzle a little red oil on it before serving.

3. Don’t cut the meat slices too small, otherwise they will shrink and become too small after frying, and they will easily become mushy.
