How to make fried clams with pickles

2. Soak for more than two hours, change the water once, and the mud and sand will be almost spit out.

3. Clean the clams one by one and set aside.

8. Add a thin layer of oil to the pan, add shredded ginger and garlic and sauté until fragrant

9. After the garlic and ginger change color, add the clams and pickles and stir-fry evenly.

10. Cover the lid and simmer until all the clams are open. Add the chili peppers and stir-fry for a while. Add a little salt before serving.
