How to make braised flatfish

People cannot live without food, clothing, housing and transportation every day, which are the most basic things, especially "food", which is related to human life and death. 1. Flat fish

2. Required seasonings: cooking wine, dark soy sauce, aged vinegar, sugar, onion, ginger, garlic, star anise, salt

3. Cut the green onion into sections, slice the ginger, and crush the garlic for later use

4. Slice the pork belly and set aside.

5. Remove the gills and internal organs of the flatfish, clean it, drain the water, and cut diagonally on both sides of the fish body until the fish bones.

6. Put it into the pan and fry it until cooked through.

7. Heat the pan with oil until it is 60% hot, add the star anise and fry it briefly.

8. Add onion, ginger and garlic and sauté until fragrant

9. Add the pork belly and stir-fry until oil releases.

10. Add clear soup

11. Add dark soy sauce to adjust the color.

12. Add cooking wine to remove the fishy smell.

13. Add sugar

14. Add vinegar

15. Bring to a boil over high heat and add the fried flathead fish.

16. Simmer over low heat for about 15 minutes until the soup is reduced.

17. The method is simple, the taste is rich, and it does not cover up the deliciousness of the flatfish.
